During a  Council Meeting  via video conference yesterday, the Malta Football Associaton decided on the sporting outcomes of the 2019-20 championships organised by the Association, which had been prematurely terminated due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Amongst other verdicts. the meeting declared our Under 19’s Youth Section B Champions. With 15 games played before the disruption, our lads under the guidance of coach Eric Lia were enjoying the first place of the table, 8 points ahead of second-placed Lija Athletic, who had a game in hand. This means that next season our under 19 team.

will be once again competing in Section A. During the season our lads had some very fine outings, apart from showing flowing football they also managed to score a total of 48 goals.

This success would not have been possible without the precious work of Ian Buckle , Charlot Pace , Dwight Camilleri , Darren Spiteri and kit manager Andrew Cachia.
