As we are heading to the final three matches of the season, HFC Media took comments of Albanian winger Erjon Beu about the last matches and on the upcoming fixture against Gudja United F.C.
“After the draw against Floriana, which I believe was a good point, as to hault their hunger for points in their chase for the league title, and the win against Hamrun in the FA Trophy, which put us in the Semi Finals, the dressing room is as united as ever”, Erjon said.
“Everyone is training at their best, competitive as ever to reach our objective.”, he said.
Erjon was then asked about the objectives of the club and how are they within reach.
“With 2 points above the second place, with three games to go, we have to be vigilant than ever. These are crucial games for us and other teams and anyone can relax and slip, but we will make sure that it will not be us to give on.”, he answered.
This Sunday, a tricky fixture awaits against a tough opponent, Gudja United F.C. In the first two matches between us, both results ended 2-1 in our favor but both games were won in the final minutes of the match.
“The next game is important as any other one. We will be giving full respect to Gudja, which are a team that deserved a place in the Top 6.” said the Albanian.
“With the right approach, we are looking to implement our game with a view to win from the start.”
