Ayrton Attard has signed a five-year contract with Hibernians F.C.
The 18 year old has already showed plenty of promise and desire to play for a top club in Malta.
He finished as top scorer in Section A of the Youth League for the past two seasons winning the U17 Overall Player of the Year Award.
His promise was rewarded when coach Silvio Vella picked him for the National U21 team in their last home match.
The versatile attacking midfielder can also play as a winger.
He played for Malta U15, U16, U17 and also was vice-captain of the National U19 team that achieved historic results against France, Belgium and Lithuania.
